Biography

Dr. Bob Garis is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences, School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. His consultantships and professional services include CEO of Win-Rx, law firm of Herman, Mathis, Casey Kitchens, and Gerel, LLP, and Clinical Advisors. His service activities over the past two years deal with public policy issues.

Areas of Research

The pharmacy benefit management industry (PBM) and the cost of providing the pharmacy benefit in the private sector.
